Forged Steel Gate Valves  
Bonney Forge valves are available in two bonnet designs. The first design is the Bolted Bonnet, with male-female joint, spiral wound gasket, made in F316L/graphite. Ring joint gaskets are also available on request. The second design is the welded bonnet, with a threaded and seal welded joint. On request a full penetration strength welded joint is available.

Globe Valve Design Construction and Specifications
 
Bonney Forge globe valves conform to MSS-SP-118, ASME B 16.34, and BS 5352. Each is tested according to API 598, and marking is per MSS-SP 25.

Bonney Forge Y type globe valves conform to ANSI B16.34. Each are tested according to API 598, and marking MSS-SP 25.

Bonney Forge valves are available in welded bonnet design with a threaded and seal welded joint. On request a full penetration strength weld joint is available. The Y-Pattern valves are available in globe and check design configurations.

Ring joint gaskets are also available on request. The second design is the welded bonnet, with a threaded and seal welded joint. On request a full penetration welded joint is available.

The cryogenic valves are available in gate and globe design configurations. Valves are designed with an extended body for use in cold services to -196 degrees C (-320 degrees F).

Bonney Forge cryogenic gate and globe valves conform to API 602, MSS-SP-118, and BS 6364. Each are tested according to API 598 and marking is per MSS-SP-25.
