Pipe work is often the last piece in the jigsaw puzzle; its design is not thought about until all other pieces are in place.
Pipe work designs are often found to be inefficient from both a functional and a manufacturing perspective. Improved designs using common radius bends or, replacing expensive elbows by tight swept bends, often give improved flow characteristics, improved integrity through fewer joints, and last but not least, reduced cost.

| Small quantities of pipe assemblies made by hand by experienced pipe benders will often be used to confirm the validity and accuracy of drawings. Once the pipe runs are confirmed, these samples are used to make accurate check and assembly jigs - each production part will then be checked against and assembled onto these jigs to ensure a perfect fit, first time every time. |
